• Volunteers may remove their services at any time.

• Volunteers can not be held responsible for the accuracy of information given

• There is no limit to how many volunteers any county may have. If you wish to have your name added please let us know

• Abuse of the voluntary lookup process will be reported to the moderation team for appropriate action

• If a photograph is to be taken, please provide necessary information relevent to the item to be photographed, and ask if this is possible

• REMEMBER: Please be sensible when requesting a lookup and try to provide as much information as possible to assist with this
